This notice explains how Petrazim Solutions Ltd (“Petrazim”, “we”), through its Consulting & Training business unit, handles personal data collected through this website. We aim to process personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and other applicable law.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you provide:

• Name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number
• Organisation, job title and team size (optional)
• The type of enquiry, the service of interest and your message
• Your preferred way to engage (optional)

When you book a consultation, we also record the meeting type and time you choose. The booking is added to our Google Calendar and confirmed to you by email.

If you use the website assistant, your questions are processed by Google's Gemini API to generate answers. Under Google's free-tier terms, Google may use these conversations to improve its products, so please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat.

Our hosting providers also process technical data such as IP address and browser information to deliver the website securely and to prevent abuse of the enquiry form.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss services you have asked about (based on your consent and on steps taken at your request before entering a contract)
• To keep a record of business correspondence (legitimate interests)
• To protect the website from spam and misuse (legitimate interests)

We do not sell your personal data or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

Enquiries are delivered by email through our email service provider (Resend) and our website is hosted by third-party providers. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside Nigeria, subject to appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond and to maintain business records, and then delete it.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, or withdraw consent, by emailing contact@petrazim.online. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

The training portal

The Ten-Pillar training portal (https://10m.training.petrazim.online/) is a separate service with its own privacy policy, which applies when you use it.
